What is a SOW Lectio Seed Packet?

A SOW Lectio Seed Packet is an envelope with color-coded index cards corresponding to each of the steps of lectio divina. This includes: Praeparatio (Preparation), Lectio (Reading), Meditatio (Meditation), Oratio (Prayer), Contemplatio (Contemplation) and Operatio (Action). The seed packet can easily be kept in your Bible for easy access when practicing lectio. One side of each index card has a short prompt and description. The other side of the index card has blank lines for your own personal notes.
